These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the 45-Minute Future Workforce Systems Review, provided by Holly Hartman / CollabIntel Consulting, located in Southern Indiana (USA).
“You” refers to the purchaser or participant. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to CollabIntel Consulting.
By purchasing this session, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Service
The Future Workforce Systems Review is a virtual, strategic diagnostic session designed to assess AI readiness, workflow structure, workforce dynamics, and organizational systems.
It is not:
• legal advice
• HR compliance guidance
• cybersecurity or technical implementation
• a comprehensive transformation plan
• a guarantee of results
This session is strictly advisory and educational.
2. Payment, Scheduling, and Rescheduling
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
Scheduling Requirement
You must schedule your session within 30 days of purchase.
If you fail to schedule within this window, your session is forfeited.
Intake Requirement
You must complete the required new-client intake survey at least 48 hours before your session.
This ensures adequate preparation time.
Failure to complete the intake survey on time will require rescheduling and counts as your one permitted reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) or a missed appointment results in forfeiture.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session, the session is forfeited with no refund.
3. Deliverables
Following the session, you will receive a custom 1-page Future Workforce Snapshot within 48 hours.
This document is based on your intake responses and the session discussion.
It is for internal organizational use only.
It may not be shared, reproduced, or adapted for commercial use.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methods, concepts, and intellectual property—including CollabIntel OS, CollabCode, Future Workforce Systems, and all related tools—remain the exclusive property of CollabIntel Consulting.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes only.
You may not:
• copy, repackage, or sell the content
• publish or distribute materials
• use the frameworks to create your own consulting programs
• record or reproduce the session or its materials without written consent
Any misuse will be treated as intellectual property infringement.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during the session is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.
You agree not to record the session without written permission.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
• business outcomes vary
• implementation decisions are your responsibility
• no results are guaranteed
• you assume all risk for decisions made based on the session
If you need legal, financial, HR, or cybersecurity advice, you must consult the appropriate licensed professional.
7. Technology Requirements
Sessions are held virtually.
You are responsible for:
• a stable internet connection
• working audio/video
• arriving on time and prepared
Technical issues on your end that prevent the session from occurring are your responsibility and may result in forfeiture.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to this service if:
• you violate these Terms
• you engage in inappropriate or hostile behavior
• you misuse materials or intellectual property
No refunds will be issued.
9. Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback. All sales are final.
Any chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase and access to your financial institution.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana (USA).
By purchasing, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Indiana for any disputes.
